I've just got A900 for test and first which came to my mind is "ISO" noise in all Alpha line-up.
Judging by the words of Canon's blind worshippers fans Canon EOS 400D beats Alpha 200, 350 and 700 in ISO-noise battle.
This is first thing I've checked:

- there are ISO 100-3200 available
- extra ISO up to 6400 with further in-camera software noise reduction (thanks to two BionZ processors inside)

Here we go:

ISO800

ISO 1600

ISO 3200

ISO 6400

And some pics of the body
(those who are professionals in DSLR will understand what are these for)

LCD Screen is very clear and precise that you can judge just captured photo quality

HDMI output - for instant "Full HD 1080" photo viewing on Hi Definition LCD TV
I've trird this:
when you shoot a model in a studio and always thinking "aahhh... pity I can't see the photos right now on large screen to analyze if everything(lighting, white balance, exposure etc) is going in line with my initial plan"
Now it is possible!
Just connect HDMI to LCD TV(which supports "1080i" or "p") and as soon as shutter ends it's job - picture appears on the LCD TV screen.
This thing is REALLY impresive.
I advice you to just try how's that, and then try to say "this is a bullshit-feature"

OK.
I'm done
Now much though.

But let's allow professionals to study this model and provide their professional expertize like "well done Sony" or "this is total bulshit, Canon is better".
