Even though this camera is not all perfect, it is one of cameras for which every traveler would like to have one. The camera has many powerful features such as 10 megapixels, 3-inch LCD screen, 28-112mm len, and 5x zoom. In addition, the IXUS 870 IS has the latest DIGIC IV installed which enables the face-recognition and red-eye removal features.

However, there are complaints about this camera?s menu. It is hard to operate all the function; therefore, a user?s manual guide should be available at all time, especially for first time users of Sony products.
