So, after all that, and finding out what the problem was, I hit the place to find parts.

The internet.

I've been eyeing some parts at r1concepts.com for almost a year now. Ever since just after I got the car, I wanted to upgrade the brakes. And, I knew this day was coming. I could probably get the rotors machined and trued, and fresh pads put on. It'd probably cost me a hundred, hundred and fifty bucks. However, I found some great looking slotted and cross-drilled rotoers, and performance pads.

But I held off, because when I could afford them, they weren't on sale anymore.

They're on sale again now. So, this afternoon, I transfered a few bucks to my VISA, and ordered them.

2 front rotors, drilled and slotted, full set of front pads

2 rear rotors, drilled and slotted, full set of rear pads

Shipping: $68

All told, a complete brake refit for under $300 delivered to my door. And waaaaaaaay better than the solid rotors that either Acura or CanTire stock, locally. Cheaper too!

I'm looking forward to getting these, and gettin' them on the car. I anticipate much improved stopping distances.
